The hotel was GREAT, including nice location and staff. Located in the heart of the city. It provides delightful restaurant nearby.
A perfect hotel in Santa Fe for one night! Problems with the room allocation were solved immediately by the very friendly staff! All in all the hotel staff is very helpful! Ideal for a city trip!
A little too expensive for me! Price-performance ratio isn`t quite good!
A la carte breakfast, what we ordered tasted very good, only Chorrizo sausage tasted different from what we thought it would be. The beds were super comfortable, excellent bed linen. the bathrobe was particularly light and fluffy.
We enjoyed the location as well as the unusual design of the facilities. The outdoor patio at the restaurant was especially beautiful (& sheltered from the wind to an extent).
Electrical service in the rooms was inconvenient & could be better, more modernized. There was no easy place to set the coffee pot in the morning except on the desk we were already using.
Location, comfortable room, ambiance,
The rooms are lovely and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Well situated, very comfortable with great adjunctive facilities including pool and gym.
You all did a great job!!We will be back!! We especially would like to thank the valets' desk staff and room cleaning staff. Thanks again for helping to make our visit memorable.
air conditioner unit was terrible. Loud and did not produce cool air.
Access to Loretta concert. The lounge is very inviting with an appealing selection of cocktails and light food.
Great location; lovely service, nice room.
Loud air conditioner; no coffee and maker in the room; shower dispensers are cheap and don't work. For a high level hotel, sad to see them skimp on such small things that actually do make a difference.
The rooms were very small. We should have been told by the bell boy that the coffee was hidden under the tv. Also there should be a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, especially if it is a first class hotel!
The fact that the hotel is built like a pueblo- and both elegant and cozy.
